Last October 22-23, 2015, the tertians had a session on liturgy and the mission of the Society of Jesus given by Vlastimil Dufka, SJ. Fr. Vlastimil was a tertian himself in Cardoner House way back in 2006-2007. He did his experiment in Rome by helping out in the liturgy during the General Congregation 35. His vocation story in the SJ and that of his two other brothers, is quite interesting and edifying.

He focused his talk on how the paschal mystery is celebrated and how that mystery manifest in our liturgy and in our Jesuit life and mission. “Liturgy is at the very center of the redemptive work of Christ exercises through the ministry of the Church.”
