Sr. Anne Codd stayed with us the entire day (November 6), inviting us to reflect on our process of learning. Learning can be seen as an experience, but in order to be respected as such, we are supposed to look deeper and consider more dimensions of that learning event, like surrounding, temperature, odour or sounds. It is getting in touch with what we are passionate about that will enable us find a proper motivation to put in life what we learned.
Paddy’s Greene SJ session (October 31) on dreams was without any doubt one of the most interesting until now. With conviction and clear expression, he managed to convince us about the importance of the dreams for our spiritual and personal development and growth. His observation that the Western civilisation seems to be the only one that forgot about the significance of the dreams, while the Bible is full of occasions on which God reveals himself through dreams helped us consider dreams more seriously and we might as well finish up by founding a dream sharing group among the Tertians.
