alan_harrison - rightTuesday, the 23rd April – Br. Alan Harrison S.J. of the British province has given us a session on brotherhood in the Society. He helped us to reflect on the specific vocation of brothers and their charism for the whole Society. Through an historical and personal approach, he opened our minds to this important aspect of our apostolic body.

On Monday, the 22nd we shared our personal reflection on the past week, showing that the perspective of our next missions doesn’t prevent us from a present internal work still powerful and deep. On the contrary, the awareness of our next assignments strengthens us in our desire to respond more radically to our vocation. Jan and Joe then gave us complementary reflections on poverty and obedience.

On Saturday and Sunday we had Barnabas and Seweryn as cooks.

Friday, the 19th, Jacques, Damjan, John and Elias helped us to work on an important topic, our vow of poverty. As usual, we took time to listen to them but also to share and discuss among ourselves. A pleasant haustus concluded the day.
