On Thursday, the 11th April we spent the morning with Joe on his favourite topic, namely leadership… After two sessions on the subject, we had time to digest the material during the afternoon. Monday, the 8th
We started our work this week according to the usual rhythm of sessions (two hours of introductory presentation in the morning, then personal time in the afternoon for reading and reflecting on the material, preparing projects, etc…): Fr. Kevin O’Rourke, S.J. returned to our reflection on chastity (following the sessions we had before the experiment on this topic), while Joe introduced the Jesuit documents on poverty, giving as usual his own personal insights and suggestions for readings and personal reflection.

Monday, the 1st of April
During the long experiment, from January the 17th to March the 30th, we were scattered. Today is the day to gather again in Dublin. By car, boat, plane, we all travelled to come back here. The joy of Easter gave its light for these encounters, and everyone was happy to meet the others again. At night, everyone was at home, and Jan and Joe could sleep in peace.. or not, for they now had to work again…

As during this week, we needed time to rest, some of us having had long travels, other being simply tired after 10 weeks of work in various demanding ministries… (more…)

Back home from the mission experiment, on 1 April 2013 all twelve tertians gathered in Dublin. Our instructors Joe and Jan were happy to see us back alive and well. Now the celebrations of the Easter Octave are filled with gratitude to the Lord for all what we have received and with joy for being together. (more…)
