First period:

Where it appears that tertianship has the advantages of novitiate, without the disadvantages…

Monday, the 17th

The first day, with the arrivals, installations, first visit of the house, first time to meet. Those who arrived in the morning had a lunch with the community, and time for a nap or a first stroll along the shore…

In the evening, after a dinner which reassured the greedy ones , the first mass was presided by a delegate of the provincial, who welcomed the whole group in his name, integrating our tertianship in the whole Body of the Society and of the Church.

We are: Anto, 42 year old, from Croatia; Antun, 40, Croatia; Damjan, 40, Slovenia; Elias, 44, Tanzania; Fernando, 36, Portugal; Jacques, 43, France; Barnabas, 36, Hungary; John, 45, Canada; Jozef, 41, Slovakia; Lucas, 44, China; Pascal, 41, France; Seweryn, 39, Poland. And the instructors, Jan from Nederland and Joe from Ireland.

For everyone, the first feelings in this new house are that we’ll build this new community together. First joys discovering the beauty of the landscape; First thanksgiving for each other, discovering the faces of those who are given as brothers for this year… first signs that the One who gathered us here is already fulfilling His promises.

For everyone? Not really, for Elias is still in Africa, waiting for his Visa…
